- Process, review, and track contracts and related documentation
- Administer contract workflows and maintain contract repository systems
- Assist with entity management and corporate governance activities
- Support the administration and coordination of subpoenas and deposition requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in a corporate environment; experience in a professional services organization is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field; Paralegal certification preferred
- Strong understanding of contract administration and legal documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management systems
