What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and review contracts, focusing on legal terms, conditions, and fee language
- Assist with contract review for M&A due diligence
- Monitor and track legislation affecting the company's services and processes
- Support corporate attorneys with legal research and document drafting
- Assist in implementing changes to contracts as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree and Paralegal certification
- Advanced knowledge of contracts and legal terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Westlaw
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in professional services within the Engineering/Architecture industry
- State Notary certification
