What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure and vendor agreements
- Manage legal entity formation and governance while becoming an expert on the employer's corporate structure
- Oversee the employer's legal operations to ensure efficiency
- Build organizational systems to enhance the effectiveness of the Legal team
- Work cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience
- Proven experience in corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements
- Ability to work cross-functionally on multiple projects under pressure
- Strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
