Responsibilities

As a Store Partner Digital Tools Project Manager - Continuous Innovation and Design, you'll provide project management support and critical engagement with key stakeholders on initiatives that advance our business lines. You'll manage one or more projects and oversee progress, ensuring delivery of timely, success project progression and delivery.Once you're eligible, you'll become an Owner in the company, so we're looking for commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and Customer service. - A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience- 5+ years of experience in project management

- Experience in Digital Product Development and Coordination of Digital Roadmaps is a plus

- Experience with ROI analysis to evaluate financial investments and returns is a plus

- Operations experience in a retail environment preferredWhat is the work?

Project Management:

• - Coordinate effort across multiple stakeholders to integrate systems/technologies/reporting into stores
• - Leads team effort to ensure solutions that meet business needs are identified, documented, analyzed, communicated; facilitates implementation with Digital Team(s).
• - Leads documentation of current operational tools and maintains backlog of enhancements for Digital Team(s); collaborates with stakeholders to translate moderate to complex business needs into requirements
• - Maintains roadmap for creation/enhancement of applications, systems, and tools
• - Creates training and implementation plans for new Store Partner Digital solutions and enhancements
• - Proactively identifies issues and gaps within current Store Operational Tools; solicits and collects feedback from Partners
• - Serves as mentor to other Process / Project Analysts and Managers
