      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform full-cycle recruiting, including the development and execution of recruiting strategies for corporate roles
      - Source, identify, and screen candidates against specific requirements
      - Manage and coordinate all recruitment process communications with candidates to ensure a positive experience
      - Maintain candidate tracking systems and files, ensuring accurate reporting
      - Collaborate with internal business partners to understand the skills required for each position

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Demonstrated knowledge of EEOC and other legal and regulatory guidelines related to hiring and employment
      - Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products
      - Experience in healthcare and/or clinical research industry recruiting or staffing agency
      - Knowledge of recruitment marketing and branding tools, including social media networks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Workday experience
      - Familiarity with developing and maintaining a candidate pipeline for succession planning
      - Experience in managing job postings and aligning them with internal headcount needs
      - Ability to consult with internal clients to effectively match qualified candidates to open requisitions
      - Understanding of PCM's culture and values to qualify candidates effectively
