What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from kickoff to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Source candidates from various channels including online databases, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Create and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support future hiring needs
- Schedule and conduct interviews, and negotiate offers in alignment with hiring goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-7 years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting, ideally in high growth technology companies
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experience in corporate and agency recruiting preferred
- Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles including Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- Superior communication skills and a goal-focused, team-oriented approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jobvite or similar applicant tracking systems
- Passion for building effective, cohesive teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
- Desire to improve as a recruiter and strategic business partner
