What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions
- Collaborate with stakeholders on recruiting strategy to achieve company goals
- Demonstrate success in hiring talent for critical Engineering and IT functions
- Define and build programs that support the business from a talent perspective
- Contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing within the Talent Acquisition team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience at a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience in high-volume recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to create buy-in from key stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering positions, as well as project and product management roles
- Proven ability to gather data, analyze, and present findings to various audiences
- Adept at setting and prioritizing work to perform successfully in a transformative environment
