What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Screen resumes, prospect, and interview candidates throughout the hiring process
- Initiate conversations with prospective candidates and manage them through the entire placement process
- Build and establish relationships with candidates and the client base
- Assist in periodic reporting on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients, candidates, and prospects
- Manage scheduling and logistics for all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred, but not required
- High volume recruiting and staffing industry experience preferred, but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Salesmanship skills that enhance candidate engagement
