What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to identify the best talent
- Manage the entire placement process, from prospecting to extending job offers
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and the client base
- Assist in tracking and reporting on candidates and hiring processes
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure all employment paperwork is completed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High volume recruiting and staffing industry experience preferred
- Must have a strong work ethic and integrity; no more than 5 years of experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Salesmanship skills that can enhance candidate engagement
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems
