What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess business needs and identify talent gaps
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights for improvement
- Conduct engaging new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five to six years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and full-cycle recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
- Strong negotiation skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the staffing industry preferred; experience in the transportation industry a plus
