      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and cultivate new prospects with 1,000 or more employees in your territory
      - Reach or exceed assigned sales goals through effective sales strategies
      - Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target potential clients
      - Establish and maintain strong customer relations with both internal and external customers
      - Cross-sell other solutions to existing clients and mine for referral business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of Enterprise-level sales experience
      - Proven track record of reaching sales goals
      - Ability to implement effective sales strategies
      - Strong networking skills with key decision-makers
      - Experience in connecting customer needs with product solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Franchise Sales at the Enterprise level
      - Background in Human Capital Management Sales (HCM/HR)
      - Outsourcing Sales experience
      - Demonstrated "hunter" mentality in sales approaches
      - Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Workforce Management
