      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new sales acquisition of SME businesses through aggressive prospecting and documentation
      - Manage relationships with C-Level executives and develop tailored travel management solutions
      - Conduct deep discovery sessions with CFOs and Corporate Travel Managers to align GBT offerings with client needs
      - Actively develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales and Key Performance Indicator targets
      - Document and communicate the Return On Investment (ROI) of proposed solutions to decision-makers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven history of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or travel consultative environment
      - Advanced proficiency with pipeline management and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
      - Strong financial acumen to articulate program benefits and manage objections effectively
      - Ability to travel up to 50% within the designated territory
      - Exceptional relationship management skills with a competitive and driven attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in consultative sales within the travel management industry
      - Demonstrated ability to network and establish business relationships with decision-makers
      - Familiarity with the travel management landscape and GBT's value proposition
      - Skills in delivering compelling presentations and technology demos
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and recover from setbacks
