What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents of various senior living options
- Respond to and follow up on inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and mail in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan and implement events for prospective residents
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and professional care providers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations regarding residents' accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience (1-2 years)
- Minimum of five years of senior living sales experience
- Proven track record of sales success in the long-term care industry
- Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Sales CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building professional relationships within the senior living sector
- Strong capability to lead sales efforts and guide team members in strategies
- Familiarity with Medicare and third-party billing processes
