      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary liaison between corporate and property-level sales teams, ensuring strategic alignment
      - Support the development and execution of corporate sales and marketing strategies across the portfolio
      - Monitor property-level sales activities and performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
      - Assist in onboarding new property sales leaders and provide ongoing training and resources
      - Lead corporate-driven sales initiatives and coordinate cross-property marketing efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-6 years of hotel sales experience at the Sr. Sales Manager or ADOS level; corporate or multi-property experience preferred
      - Experience with total account management in corporate transient, group sales, and/or catering sales
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills across corporate and property teams
      - High proficiency in data analysis and performance storytelling
      - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with STR, sales CRMs (SalesPro, Delphi, Amadeus, etc.), and revenue management concepts
      - Strong project management and organizational abilities
      - Ability to influence without direct authority
      - Proactive and collaborative approach in a fast-paced, multi-property environment
