      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist agents with resolving traveler issues and provide guidance on procedures
      - Manage phone queues and coordinate travel arrangements for corporate clients
      - Maintain awareness of airline regulations and accurately apply them during bookings
      - Address team and personal queues in alignment with management guidelines
      - Collaborate with management and sales executives to address client requests and concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the travel industry
      - Proven knowledge of travel industry practices and ability to build profiles
      - Proficient in writing and grammar skills for effective communication
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
      - Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with both corporate and leisure travel arrangements
      - Familiarity with hotel branding and industry standards
      - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
      - Experience in training or mentoring new employees
