What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively source and engage technical talent across various specialized roles using multiple recruiting platforms and strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with priority skill sets and long-term business needs
- Design and execute outreach strategies to engage passive candidates effectively
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to ensure efficient and focused searches
- Track and analyze pipeline metrics to continuously improve recruiting outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within engineering consulting or similar technical industries
- Proven experience in matrixed organizations, balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to engage passive, hard-to-find technical talent
- Excellent communication skills with a strong candidate-first mindset
- High ownership, persistence, and accountability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
