      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Operate and maintain the dairy, ensuring quality production of raw milk and other dairy products
      - Supervise, instruct, and direct skilled and semi-skilled persons in our care
      - Maintain operating standards to meet customer satisfaction for dairy products
      - Work with W.A.T.C.P. and F.D.A. inspectors to ensure wholesomeness and safety of products
      - Guide persons in our care to successful reentry into the community by providing employable job skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience producing pasteurized milk products
      - Experience inspecting dairy equipment
      - Valid driver's license and compliance with State of Wisconsin fleet requirements at time of hire
      - For Senior Level: Class B CDL license and experience as a lead worker
      - Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders of up to 50 feet

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Pasteurization Certification within 6 months of employment
      - Drug Residue Certifications (APPENDIX N) within 1 year of hire
      - Weigh Hauler and Samplers License within 1 year of hire
      - CDL with tanker endorsement within 1 year of hire
