      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage project cost reports, evaluating actual and forecasted costs against budgets
      - Provide detailed analysis to project stakeholders on cost risks, issues, and mitigations
      - Support the development of project accruals and forecast reports, including detailed monthly and biweekly reports
      - Assist with the development of RFPs, RFQs, and other contract negotiations
      - Review and approve invoices from subcontractors and third parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in cost management on capital projects, including design and construction phases
      - Direct experience working in a complex, matrixed environment
      - Expertise in using Excel, with experience in the construction industry required
      - Exemplary oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the life sciences sector
      - Previous involvement in value engineering exercises
      - Familiarity with project control and execution plans
