What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve claims and demands made by attorneys representing consumers in consumer litigation cases
- Conduct legal research on warranty and automotive law questions
- Collaborate with outside counsel for handling consumer lawsuits
- Manage and support lawsuits filed by consumer attorneys
- Advise consumer affairs case managers on case handling and resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have passed CA bar exam
- 3+ years of litigation experience desired
- Prior consumer litigation or lemon law experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consumer litigation or lemon law
- Knowledge of automotive law
