Job Description

By providing excellent customer service, the Counter Sales Professional plays a key role in servicing our customers. This position assists customers with automotive questions, do-it-yourself projects, and auto parts needs. Our Counter Sales Professionals build customer relationships by providing professional service and ensuring that the "right part" is purchased the first time. Qualifications

We are looking for a new team member with the following qualifications:

• Ability to work full-time including every Sunday (some store closing hours involved)
• A person of integrity and respected in the community.
• Rapport builder who is friendly and outgoing.
• An active listener who takes the time to understand the customer's needs and can provide the right solution.
• Dependable and can-do attitude, punctual and on time.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous customer sales experience in the automotive, paint and/or heavy duty areas preferred.
• Capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required.

Position is for the Coos Bay location.
