      The Role

      Lead and inspire the execution of the Factorie brand strategy to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets across all Africa regions.

      • Champion the customer experience by ensuring consistent delivery of Brand DNA across all consumer touchpoints.

      • Drive retail operations, visual communication, and in-store execution to create compelling, on-brand environments.

      • Oversee merchandise and inventory planning to deliver regionally relevant ranges and optimise stock flow.

      • Manage the full P&L, focusing on sales growth, cost control, margin improvement, and profitability.

      • Build, lead, nurture and develop a high-performing team through clear goals, coaching, and succession planning.

      • Collaborate cross-functionally with Shared Services, Supply Chain, DC, and eCommerce to align on business outcomes.

      • Support the delivery of online growth strategies through brand-building, consumer engagement, and product offer.

      • Partner with the Property team to deliver store expansion plans and manage the full store opening process.

      • Partner with the People team to ensure the acquisition, development, coaching and retention of best teams and crew

      • Foster a culture of accountability, values-based leadership, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.

      Desired knowledge, Experience and Key Skills

      • Minimum 8 years' experience in senior leadership roles within vertical apparel, consumer goods or lifestyle brands

      • Proven success in leading and scaling a retail brand across multiple regions

      • Demonstrated experience in people leadership, development, and coaching

      • Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead a business to profitability

      • Experience working with cross-functional teams including executive leadership

      • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and customer-first philosophy

      • Passionate brand ambassador with a deep understanding of retail and consumer trends

      • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

      • High resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, change-driven environments

      • Strong planning, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

      • Ability to inspire, influence, and lead by example
