      ROLE SUMMARY

      Reporting to the Marketing Lead, Primary Care MISP (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines). The CBM is accountable for developing brand and strategies for mental health and cardiovascular portfolio, including the end-to-end process of formulation and implementation of brand tactical plan (programs and supporting materials). The CBM owns the budget and execution of programs in accordance with strategic direction of portfolio leveraging on omnichannel approach. Part of the responsibilities, the CBM gathers and articulates HCPs and patient insights collaborating effectively with cross functional team members to execute strategic planning in different brand life cycle, in line with Pfizer’s purpose to drive patient access to treatment.

      ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Formulate and marketing strategies aligned with sales plan to achieve target within budget for mental health and cardiovascular portfolio including promotion and disease campaign.
      • Develop SPICE Essence (brand plan) based on market intelligence, competitors’ activities and market information; execute with full accountability for excellence.
      • Adopt global/regional marketing activity and communication for the best-fitting modules/content for localization of brand materials.
      • Cross-functional brand leadership including sales, marketing, medical, access, legal, compliance, corporate affairs, regulatory, supply, communications, etc to ensure plans and programs are effectively executed.
      • Partner with medical and training manager for field force capability training.
      • Ensure implementation of omnichannel strategy to drive excellent customer engagement by leveraging on available resources or creation of new content.
      • Operate independently within defined guidelines and comply with industry Code of Conduct and Country annex (SOP).

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Strong track record of marketing experience within the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical management roles, and experience in multi-channel/omnichannel marketing would be an added advantage.
      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, Master's degree preferred.
      • Strategic and innovative thinker and able to anticipate future needs.
      • Collaborative approach to matrix relationships to lead, develop and execute strategies with commercial and non-commercial functions internally is required.
      • Have HCP/patient focused mindset with a broad understanding of healthcare, and pharmaceutical environment to shape market and brand strategies to meet HCPs/patients’ needs.
      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
      • Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence others without authority.
      • Fluency in written and spoken English.
