Court Manager:

An Altitude court manager should be professional, engaging and must lead by example.

A court manager is responsible for enforcing policy adherence among court monitors while also performing as a court monitor. They must have great attention to detail and safety, while still maintaining a fun environment.

Safety training will be provided. Having a safe, clean environment is our #1 priority.

Some responsibilities of court manager include:

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance experience
• Ability to identify equipment or customer safety violations
• Good energy and positive body language
• Ability to communicate with the team and customers on safety issues/rules and regulations
• Maintain our standard of cleanliness and presentation on the courts
• Resolve questions and concerns independently
• Enforce policy adherence among court monitors
