      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with month-end closing, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts payable accounts
      - Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents while entering invoice data into the accounting system
      - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues
      - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, supporting audits with necessary documentation
      - Maintain vendor files and ensure accurate documentation, reviewing invoices for compliance with company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or general accounting
      - Completion of an associate's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or a related discipline
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent 10-Key skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or general accounting
      - Familiarity with General Ledger and Journal Entry processes
      - Experience with Microsoft Great Plains or similar ERP systems
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
      - Ability to negotiate and resolve disputes with internal and external customers
