      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare various tax returns, including Estate Tax Returns and Fiduciary Income Tax Returns
      - Maintain financial records of trusts, perform trust accounting, and audit accounts
      - Manage and reconcile G/L accounts, broker statements, and prepare payables and bank deposits
      - Provide expert guidance in accounting to team members and maintain close contact with clients and financial advisors
      - Organize and manage files independently or delegate tasks to appropriate business professionals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; CPA certification and license required
      - Proven success in a fast-paced, continually changing environment
      - Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tax and trust accounting software
      - Significant client case management experience with exceptional attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with document database programs and/or software
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing business demands
      - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
      - Experience in providing exceptional service to internal and external clients
      - Ability to perform effectively with little or no supervision
