      CPACE Market Development and Strategy
      The Manager, C-PACE Market Development and Strategy job utilizes the innovative C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) model and develops a strategy to unlock the commercial market for property owners. Under moderate supervision, this job promotes and markets a platform for financing energy upgrades in commercial real estate.

      Key Responsibilities and Duties
      • Promotes energy efficiency and renewable energy investment through a low cost customized financing approach.
      • Develops clean energy initiatives to encourage investment in energy conservation projects.
      • Works with the marketing team and creates talking points to assist in closing early loan originations within the C-PACE strategy.
      • Develops plan for long term C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) strategy and identifies key markets and prospective clients.
      • Educates community on C-PACE platform and leads efforts to deepen lender partnerships.
      • Partners with the finance team and technical reviewers; obtains financial and technical documentation related to C-PACE projects.

      Base Pay Range: $80,000/yr. - $105,000/yr.

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
