What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop secure and scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce and CPQ platforms
- Create and collaborate on technical design artifacts and participate in cross-functional review sessions
- Provide technical support for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to Salesforce and CPQ solutions
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics for improvement
- Establish best practices and standards for well-designed, testable, and efficient code
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience or 3+ years with a Master’s Degree
- 2+ years of extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce CPQ
- Experience in agile development methodology and CI/CD pipeline setup
- Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Web and JavaScript frameworks
- Certifications: Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, and others
- Familiarity with integrated applications such as Mulesoft
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience designing test plans
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
