What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Advise existing and prospective customers on CRE trends, benchmarks, data analytics, risk assessment, and cost-saving assessments
- Drive sales and customer engagement by designing market outreach strategies, providing technical assistance and guidance, and leading the sales process
- Develop industry stakeholder relationships, speak at industry events, and publish thought leadership content
- Provide market feedback for product development and improvement
- Conduct training sessions on customer use cases, solution set, and emerging trends

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Extensive knowledge of CRE
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field
- 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, sustainability, or CRE tech
- Ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders and build relationships
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
