What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students
- Differentiate instruction based on student mastery levels and personal learning needs
- Maintain student academic integrity through grade book management and performance monitoring
- Regularly communicate with students and parents to support their educational journey
- Collaborate with professional learning communities to enhance instructional strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and an active state teaching license
- Ability to clear required background checks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively and interpret student data for instructional decisions
- Capacity to adapt to new technologies and maintain professional development hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience teaching in online and/or traditional classroom settings
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and technology support for students
- Experience working with the proposed age group
- Background in supporting adults and children in technology use
