What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the client's internal advocate, ensuring their needs are met
- Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules
- Track tasks and deliverables for assigned accounts on a monthly basis
- Review production deliverables to ensure they meet client briefs and provide feedback as necessary
- Attend regular client check-ins and ensure timely resolution of content or strategy issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Diligent record-keeping habits and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong editorial and creative background, ideally with a focus on content production
- Good people skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
- Experience in managing multiple delivery schedules and processes
- Familiarity with proprietary software and industry tools
