      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate, process, and update student degree audits as program requirements are met
      - Provide guidance to students, faculty, and staff regarding credentialing requirements, timelines, and procedures
      - Process and recommend students for teaching credentials and state certificates to the Commission on Teaching Credentialing (CTC)
      - Collaborate with various departments to support students facing credentialing challenges
      - Maintain databases and track approvals for student teaching placements and district agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
      - Experience with student teaching placement, accreditation, and credential processes
      - High level of team experience and customer service
      - Knowledge of CTC and Accreditation policies regarding licensure and student teaching
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior training as a recommending agent by the CTC
      - Ability to use technology to improve efficiency in work processes
      - Familiarity with P-12 systems and organization in relation to Human Resources processing
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
