      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize, maintain, and verify all aspects of the delegated credentialing process for General and Specialty Dentists
      - Adhere to NCQA guidelines and audit Provider Licensure Files accordingly
      - Prepare and present provider files for internal and external auditing
      - Request and obtain licensure renewals and maintain accurate documentation in the system
      - Assist offices and internal departments with credentialing issues and inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Healthcare Credentialing, preferably in Dental
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Clearinghouse and Manual Education Verifications
      - Familiarity with Initial and Re-Credential Delegated files and processing
      - Knowledge of Credentialing Committee processes and Attestation questions
      - Ability to effectively communicate with providers, educators, and internal departments
