What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process applications for appointment, re-appointment, and mid-cycle changes for various clinical staff
- Review and evaluate applications to determine eligibility for membership and clinical privileges
- Obtain primary source verifications for all submitted information
- Maintain confidential credentialing files and ensure compliance with policies
- Serve as a liaison between Medical Staff Services and clinical departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Medical Staff Services Science, Health Care Administration, or a closely related field, or one year of basic technical training
- One year of related experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
- One year of experience in credentialing or provider enrollment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and escalate concerns when necessary

- Experience in a healthcare setting within the New England region
