      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for in-network status with commercial payors and Managed Medicaid payors
      - Manage and track application submissions using Salesforce
      - Perform timely follow-ups with payers to resolve application and enrollment issues
      - Collaborate closely with the Market Access Team to gather necessary information for network expansion initiatives
      - Monitor expiration dates for assigned payers and enrollments to ensure timely renewal and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Preferred bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Credentialing Services
      - Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred
      - In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in Credentialing Services is required
      - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in programs like Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, compliance standards, and applicable software programs; Salesforce experience is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Diagnostic laboratory experience preferred
      - State Medicaid Provider enrollment experience preferred
