      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the complete credentialing process in accordance with payer policies and procedures
      - Analyze monthly trend reports to identify necessary updates for contracts and billing
      - Communicate and collaborate with various departments regarding contract changes and updates
      - Complete payer credentialing and re-credentialing applications based on specifications
      - Maintain databases and documentation for contracts and credentialing processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - Minimum of five years of directly related experience in the medical industry with HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
      - Knowledge of healthcare contract language and the ability to interpret credentialing requirements
      - Ability to identify and resolve potential financial risks
      - Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Paralegal certificate
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare or billing
      - Lead or supervisory experience
      - Familiarity with Innovative Medical Billing System (IMBS)
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
