What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Underwrite files by analyzing tax returns and financial statements, as well as industry trends for credit presentations
- Coordinate portfolio maintenance and conduct annual reviews of member business loans
- Manage member inquiries and assist with loan closings and applicant interviews
- Prepare for and attend Business Loan Committee meetings and facilitate board trainings
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain successful relations and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
- Three to five years of experience in credit analysis and financial spreading for business loans
- High analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Word, along with experience in financial spreading software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
