What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle phone calls, providing assistance and support to stakeholders
- Review, validate, and verify information through various methods to facilitate compliant deal funding
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers by delivering high levels of customer service
- Manage dealer inquiries unrelated to funding and resolve associated issues
- Welcome and onboard new dealers, providing them with initial funding assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent work experience, or 4 years of experience in loan underwriting or document review in a high-volume call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work Saturday shifts with a flex day during the week and mandatory overtime during peak seasons
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret rules and guidelines for decision-making
- Compliance with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience in a call center environment (required for candidates without a bachelor's degree)
- Previous interaction with auto dealers in current or past roles
- Experience reviewing contracts or legal documents
- Ability to educate and close knowledge gaps with stakeholders
- Skills in handling difficult conversations professionally
