      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle phone calls from stakeholders, ensuring high-quality customer service
      - Review, validate, and verify information to facilitate compliant deal funding
      - Resolve and document dealer inquiries unrelated to the funding process
      - Manage license, title, audit, and inventory issues to keep dealer pipelines open
      - Welcome and onboard new dealers by providing initial funding assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 4 years of continuous experience in loan underwriting or document review in a high-volume call center environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Ability to remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines
      - Availability to work Saturday shifts and mandatory overtime during peak seasons
      - Customer service experience in a call center environment for candidates without a Bachelor's degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Interaction with auto dealers in a current or past role
      - Experience reviewing contracts/legal documents with strong attention to detail
      - Ability to interpret existing rules/guidelines and apply them to decision-making
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
