What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and respond accurately and timely to credit bureau disputes and corrections
- Monitor credit reporting controls to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of CDIA guidelines for reporting and disputes
- Respond to Adverse Action and Inquiry Removal requests from consumers
- Ensure compliance with the employer's policies, safety regulations, and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of credit bureau reporting and disputes experience
- Previous experience in the finance or credit-related industry preferred
- Familiarity with eOscar Dispute software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of work-related experience in the finance or credit industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with diverse teams and individuals
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
