What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Navigate computerized systems to respond to and troubleshoot customer questions
- Assist over 100 customers per day in a fast-paced environment
- Manage risk and escalate customer-impacting issues to management
- Engage empathetically with customers regarding various account inquiries and requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and customer service platforms
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Empathy and a customer-centric approach to service
