What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement policies to evaluate customer financial strength and credit worthiness
- Manage ongoing credit limit reviews and project assessments for clients
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to communicate credit limits and resolve issues
- Assist in integrating acquired companies into credit processes and manage risk for slow-paying customers
- Conduct credit line reviews and ensure timely decisions on orders on credit hold
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of finance experience
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer financials and credit risk
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in credit risk management or financial analysis
- Familiarity with credit instruments and financial statement analysis
- Knowledge of industry regulations related to credit and finance
- Experience working with CRM systems for account management
