What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels
- Provide training and ongoing support to enhance channel partners' product knowledge and sales skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards among channel partners
- Resolve issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
- Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience
- Intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services
- Ability to manage small to mid-size sales with direct supervision
- Strong judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities
