      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, store, and maintain reports and confidential records related to criminal history
      - Respond to a high volume of calls and emails from internal and external customers
      - Provide technical support and problem resolution for providers and applicants
      - Analyze criminal history records and make program-related fitness determinations
      - Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two (2) years of business-related experience
      - Strong verbal communication and writing skills
      - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality work
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Recent professional experience with a State, Federal, or Local Government Agency handling criminal background investigations
      - Knowledge of legal, police, and court terminology
      - Familiarity with federal and state regulations regarding criminal justice information
      - Experience with on-line investigative procedures and fact-finding techniques
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
