      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals calling the 988 Lifeline
      - Conduct assessments of individual safety and risk levels using established protocols
      - Utilize de-escalation techniques to help individuals regain control during crises
      - Collaborate with clients to develop safety plans and identify coping strategies
      - Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions while adhering to privacy regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; certification in crisis intervention or suicide prevention is desirable
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in crisis or call center environments
      - Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with a clear and expressive speaking voice
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough understanding of Behavioral and Mental Health, crisis intervention, or suicide prevention
      - Experience troubleshooting basic IT issues during text/chat sessions
      - Familiarity with community resources and mental health services
