      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals calling the 988 Lifeline
      - Conduct safety assessments and develop safety plans for individuals in emotional distress
      - Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions
      - Collaborate with mental health professionals and emergency personnel for comprehensive support
      - Participate in ongoing training to enhance crisis intervention skills and stay updated on best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; certification in crisis intervention or suicide prevention is desirable
      - One (1) year of experience in crisis or call center environments
      - Intermediate level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while remaining calm and empathetic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough understanding of Behavioral and Mental Health, crisis intervention, or suicide prevention
      - Experience with customer service and problem-solving skills
      - Familiarity with community resources and mental health services
      - Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues during text/chat sessions
      - Flexibility to work overtime as needed to ensure 24/7 crisis center coverage
