What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation, assisting with defining and scoping requests
- Perform enhancements, automation, and development within Salesforce, including adjusting system logic and building complex flows
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and validation rules to support business insights and ensure data quality
- Produce technical documentation and process documentation related to Salesforce usage and workflows
- Review the current state of Salesforce setup to identify gaps and provide recommendations for long-term scalability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, declarative tools, flows, and modules/objects
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for scalable architecture and maintainability
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and validation rules, along with enforcing data quality
- Proven ability to interface with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Excellent documentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working in the healthcare sector
- Experience with data loader tools for bulk imports and exports
- Familiarity with Health Cloud or other Salesforce clouds/modules specific to healthcare
- Experience conducting current state reviews of Salesforce orgs and proposing roadmaps for scalability
