What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain Copado Robotic Testing scripts for critical Salesforce business workflows
- Execute automated regression, smoke, and release-validation test cycles
- Own the Copado Robotic Testing practice end-to-end, establishing testing standards and best practices
- Partner with the CRM team to validate releases through pre- and post-deployment testing
- Provide manual and exploratory testing support for large initiatives and high-risk changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 - 4 years of experience in automated testing, with responsibility for designing and maintaining automated test cases
- 1 - 2 years of Salesforce experience, with exposure to core CRM workflows and platform architecture
- Experience with Copado Robotic Testing or equivalent Salesforce-focused automation tools
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing within Agile or iterative delivery teams is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred or equivalent practical experience administering Salesforce
- Experience supporting regression testing, release validation, and UAT cycles in a production Salesforce environment
