What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce functionality enhancements and solutions utilizing Apex
- Collaborate with local and corporate architects to design new functionality within the CRM system
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and configurations
- Provide CRM technical support, including user documentation and post-implementation assistance
- Coordinate and manage data integration efforts for the Salesforce platform and related applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS/BIS with 3 years of Salesforce development experience, or Associate Degree with 5 years of experience
- Proven hands-on Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience with system integration and interfacing
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage projects across technical and functional disciplines
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on global/international teams
- Familiarity with relational database systems and knowledge of SQL
- Ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing priorities
- Experience managing vendors and external partnerships
- Previous experience in business process improvement projects
