Job Description

- CRM Strategy Leadership: Define, design, and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that supports Regent’s institutional and marketing objectives, in collaboration with senior stakeholders, including the Digital Director.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing & Communications, Recruitment & Admissions, and Academic teams to craft and execute marketing campaigns that inspire, inform, engage, and convert.
- CRM Campaign Creation: Develop engaging content across CRM channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Data-Driven Insights: Manage CRM data, analyse trends, and create targeted marketing campaigns. Regularly review performance metrics to ensure campaigns deliver optimal results.
- Salesforce Collaboration: Collaborate with the Salesforce team to define and refine Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud requirements to ensure campaign execution and event management are aligned.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all CRM activities comply with GDPR and higher education regulations while providing insightful, actionable performance reports to key stakeholders.
- Experience: Proven experience in CRM, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Sales Cloud, including campaign creation, data analysis, and automation.
- Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor communications for different target audiences across email, web, and social media platforms.
- Data Analytics: Experience in working with large volumes of data, analysing performance, and using insights to optimize campaigns.
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Sales Cloud certification is essential.
- Qualifications: A degree or equivalent, with a postgraduate or professional qualification (such as CIM) being desirable.

Salary range: from £36,159 - £43, 685 dependant on skills and experience.
