      Role Overview: CRM Manager at THG - Perricone MD

      The CRM Manager owns customer relationships, focusing on retaining high-value Perricone MD clients. Collaborating with various teams, the role involves developing programs to boost loyalty and customer lifetime value. The CRM Manager oversees retention initiatives such as auto replenishment, loyalty, subscription boxes, and direct mail. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, creative, analytical, and passionate about user experience and data-driven decision making.

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Create and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive revenue and meet brand objectives across product launches, promotions, events, and customer initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and leverage data insights.
      2. Develop customer journey maps and continuously optimize communication strategies.
      3. Support email marketing efforts by providing audience insights and executing campaigns like welcome series, loyalty, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement emails.
      4. Manage auto replenishment programs to strengthen customer relationships.
      5. Design and implement direct mail campaigns to re-engage lapsed customers and increase revenue.
      6. Oversee the subscription box program to acquire new customers and generate revenue.
      7. Re-establish and redesign the loyalty program, including points and redemption schemes, complemented by a marketing plan.
      8. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, internal systems) to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, bounce rates, engagement, and auto replenishment metrics.

      KPIs:

      • Regular reporting on CRM metrics to evaluate performance.
      • Achieve quarterly digital revenue targets.
      • Meet annual retention and engagement goals.
      • Reach auto replenishment, subscription, and loyalty program membership targets annually.

      Required Skills & Experience:

      • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
      • At least three years' experience in e-commerce.
      • Proficiency with SQL, e-commerce platforms, email and CRM systems, Google Analytics, Tableau, and similar tools.

      Benefits:

      • Salary: $105,000 - $120,000
